History

    Foshan ABD Equipment Co., Ltd was founded in 2003. Since we started, ABD has been doing great work on design, manufacturing, and installation of aluminum surface treatment equipment, including electrostatic powder coating lines, anodizing and coloring lines as well as fluorocarbon liquid painting lines. We will create customized designs and provide the vertical and horizontal types for each customer based on their individual needs.

    At ABD, we employ experts in mechanical design, electrical engineering, Research and Development, as well as providing exceptional after-sales associates. Our manufacturing divisions have many skilled production workers totally more than 200 employees in the company. Every year, ABD continually invests in the latest machines to improve the quality of our products like automatic laser cutting machines and welding robots, sandblasting technologies and an environmentally friendly liquid painting room. Therefore, with all these efforts, our production lines carry more than 20 patents and CE certifications. With almost 22 years of experience and feedback from our customers, ABD has provided more than 660 vertical spraying automatic production lines and 32 vertical anodizing automatic production lines all over the world.

2003: ABD’s First VPL in GY Aluminum Co.,Ltd
           First Self-Developed VPL in China

2006: ABD’s VPL takes 90% market shares in China

2008: Standardization of manufacture, design and management, ensure superior quality production.

2010: Design, manufacture and install the first Full Auto Vertical Anodizing line.

2012: Bought the new land for bigger factory, area:about 366000 sq ft.
          Obtained CE Certification.

2013: ABD improves monthly capacity of VPL from 1500 tons to 2500 tons.

2014: Achieve of customers information archiving for machine upgrading in the future.

2015: Obtained ”Top 20th Chinese Machine Supplier”

2016: Obtained 7 machine design patents and honors.

2017: Obtained more than 13 machine design patents.

2018: Obtained“Machine Innovation and Study Center”  and “Leader in Powder Coating Area.

2019: ABD has achieved of auto-production and working on the intelligent production.

2020: Got more than 60 orders from all over the world.
