This is a manual powder coating line.

The profiles are complex and with different shapes, from light aluminium box sections to heavy steel parts up to 400kg per item, so we designed below manual powder coating line according to customer's reality condition.

This Item started in 2019, the equipment has running more than 3 years now.Below is a semi-automatic powder coating line.Why we call it semi-automatic?From the appearance of the layout,this is only a standard manul powder coating line,but as we design the booth part as automatic style-that is,mainly reciprocating machine spraying, supplemented by manual spraying (special-shaped parts).

This design can not only save the initial investment cost, but also the labor cost in the future.
